An area consisting of small shallow ponds surrounded by marsh and meadows, serves as breeding ground for szablodziób.

Opis

At Landgrens holme one got first row view over the nesting szablodziób, rybitwa czubata and rybitwa białoczelna. In the ponds and marshes there is a good variety of shorebirds, mainly Tringa in the inner parts, Calidris in the outer N parts. Now and then more rare species show up such as czapla biała, warzęcha, ibis kasztanowaty or brodziec pławny.

The small pine copse N of the harbour is good for crossbills in the winter. Also interesting in wintertime is the harbour where lodówka and świergotek nadmorski can be seen.

By bus: take nr 150 or 300 from Malmö towards Falsterbo, step of at either Stefan Löfingsväg och Skanör C. Walk from there. By car: take road 100 towards Falsterbo, park at either the ruin in N or at the harbour.
