The Zunasche Heide is a wet heathland area and an important connecting zone between the dry and hilly Sallandse Heuvelrug and the lower wetlands near the river De Regge. In recent years, the area has been further expanded with wet heathland and natural open fields. It has become a beautiful area where you can see many birds. Birds that you can see in the area include Płaskonos, kszyk, rycyk, krwawodziób, kulik wielki, ostrygojad, żuraw, błotniak stawowy, sieweczka rzeczna, bocian biały, kląskawka, trznadel, pliszka żółta, potrzos and cierniówka.

Nederlands: De Zunasche Heide is een natuurgebied met 130 hectare natte heide. Het is een belangrijke verbindingszone tussen de hoge droge Sallandse Heuvelrug en de lagere natte gronden bij de rivier De Regge. De afgelopen jaren is het gebied verder uitgebreid met natte heide en natuurakkers. Het is een prachtig gebied geworden waar je veel vogels kunt zien. Vogels die je in het gebied kunt zien zijn onder meer Płaskonos, kszyk, rycyk, krwawodziób, kulik wielki, ostrygojad, żuraw, błotniak stawowy, sieweczka rzeczna, bocian biały, kląskawka, trznadel, pliszka żółta, potrzos en cierniówka.

The Zunasche Heide is located between the towns of Rijssen and Nijverdal. The area itself is not accessible, but from the unpaved country road Blokkendijk you can see the area perfectly. Press P on the map for directions to the Blokkendijk.
