Polder Mastenbroek is one of the oldest reclaimed land polders in the Netherlands. Narrow ditches separate the elongated plots of grassland. Only gullies - dyke breaches of the old Zuiderzeedijk - break through the interplay of lines. You will find these small tree-covered puddles on both sides of the Kamperzeedijk. In this old polder you can see birds such as bocian biały, czapla siwa, rycyk, krwawodziób, świergotek łąkowy, gęś białoczelna and czapla purpurowa.

Nederlands: Polder Mastenbroek, gelegen tussen Zwolle en Hasselt, is een van de oudste droogmakerijen van Nederland. Smalle sloten scheiden de langgerekte percelen grasland. Alleen kolkjes - dijkdoorbraken van de oude Zuiderzeedijk - doorbreken het strakke lijnenspel. Deze kleine beboomde plasjes vind je aan weerszijden van de Kamperzeedijk. In deze oudste polder kun je vogels zien zoals bocian biały, czapla siwa, rycyk, krwawodziób, świergotek łąkowy, gęś białoczelna en czapla purpurowa.
