It Swin is a small lake surrounded by reed beds and marsh. In the autumn you can often see large groups of świstun. cyraneczka, Płaskonos, głowienka, czernica, nurogęś and bielaczek also visit the area. It Swin is located between Harich and Elahuizen (2 km from Elahuizen) on the Keamerlanswei. Parking at the gate with information panel and bench. Also at a viewing platform on the road. Outside the breeding season after 15 June, a so-called boot-path can be walked from Elahuizen through the meadows and partly over the quay of It Swin.

Vanuit Elahuizen kan buiten de broedtijd na 15 juni een z.g. laarzenpad gelopen worden door de weilanden en deels over de kade van It Swin.
