The Vendicari reserve is located in a strategic position on the long migration route that leads to the large wetlands of Tunisia. It represents the last stop for aquatic birds, before the definitive journey of about 350 km towards the African coasts. You can reach Vendicari by car along the A18 Messina-Catania-Syracuse motorway or the A19 Palermo-Catania-Syracuse motorway, taking the "Bivio Cassibile" exit and continuing along the State Road 115. From here you have to reach the provincial road Pachino-Noto, the SP19. Along this road in the direction of "Torre Vendicari", you will find directions to the entrances of the Reserve. The nature reserve can be visited for a small fee through one of the five official entrances. Note that some roads are in a bad condition. Click on a P in the map for directions to the parking you prefer.

Italiano: Se vi trovate già in Sicilia, potete raggiunge Vendicari in auto percorrendo l’autostrada A18 Messina-Catania-Siracusa o l’autostrada A19 Palermo-Catania-Siracusa, imboccando l’uscita “Bivio Cassibile” e proseguendo per la Strada Statale 115.
