Opis
Part of the area belongs to a public park, while the rest is private (and not well kept). Still, it is possible to walk all around the lake (around 45 minutes + birding stops). There is a roost of czapla złotawa, a feral small population of bernikla kanadyjska and recently some kormoran mały. In the last years, wintering birds have included Siskin, potrzos, pokrzywnica and remiz. Other nice birds are bączek, zimorodek and wilga (zwyczajna). During spring migration several passerine birds stop for a few days, including piegża, muchołówka szara and muchołówka żałobna. Rarities are possible (Collared flycatcher in 2018).
On sunny weekends a lot of people visit the area, so expect disturbance.
