At Rheinstau Weisweil in winter there are many ducks, swans and divers (up to 1000 Ind. all together). But its also interesting in spring and summer, not because of the number of birds, but because some birds are breeding. For example sieweczka rzeczna, rybitwa rzeczna, nurogęś, hełmiatka and perkozek.

Rheinstau Weisweil is located northwest of the village of Weisweil. You have to drive with a car to the area because with public transport is not possible. Click on the P in the map for directions. On site you can explore the area on foot or bike.
