Opis
The small lake Mindelsee and its diversely structured shores host the highest number of breeding species in the whole region of Lake Constance (Bodensee).
The podgorzałka can be observed in autumn. A colony of rybitwa rzeczna nests on rafts in the lake. Also wodnik (zwyczajny), kania czarna, hełmiatka, dzięcioł czarny, dzięcioł zielonosiwy, dzięcioł zielony, dzięcioł średni, świergotek drzewny, brzęczka, trzcinniczek (zwyczajny), słowik rdzawy and wilga (zwyczajna) can be observed in breeding period. In winter bąk and nurogęś may be of interest.

Access by public transport: There is a bus from Radolfzell station to Möggingen. Markelfingen also has a train station.
Access by car: The most convenient parking lot is on the road between Radolfzell and Möggingen: "Parkplatz Mindelsee". Click on the P in the map to get directions. The circular trail around the lake that is shown on the map is about 9 km.
