Opis
The Meiner Stapelteiche area consists of several small ponds with extensive reed beds and shoreline areas, as well as open water and a small wooded area. This structure offers good conditions for a variety of bird species.
Waterfowl such as łabędź niemy, krzyżówka, cyraneczka, Płaskonos, gęgawa, ohar and other water birds can be well observed. Also waders like rycyk, kwokacz and samotnik use the area as a rest area. The large reedbeds are suitable for species such as potrzos and podróżniczek. During migration, the area is attractive to migratory birds. Birds of prey such as myszołów or kania ruda frequently circle over the surrounding fields and meadows.
