Opis
The Favoritepark is a protected nature reserve in Ludwigsburg. The park mainly consists of open grass fields and forest and surrounds Schloss Favorite, a small palace once used by the former dukes and kings of Württemberg as a ‘pleasure palace’ and hunting lodge.
Favoritepark is home to many common and uncommon forest birds, like sójka, strzyzyk zwyczajny, kowalik, dzięcioł duży, dzięcioł średni, dzięcioł zielony and more rarely; dzięcioł czarny.
Around May, there is a chance to see muchołówka białoszyja. In summer, you can observe pleszka, wilga (zwyczajna), and kania czarna. With some luck, you might even hear or spot a puszczyk zwyczajny or a dzięcioł zielonosiwy.
