Opis
In the north-eastern part of the Brandstadl gravel pit, a path leads around a U-shaped body of water. There you can see perkoz dwuczuby, łyska , zimorodek, trzciniak, trzcinniczek (zwyczajny) and potrzos. A little further south, sieweczka rzeczna breeds on the bare gravel areas. Further west, there is an artificial breeding wall for brzegówka. The path leading there continues through the alluvial forest, where you can observe some typical birds such as dzięcioł czarny and wilga (zwyczajna).

The Brandstadl gravel pit is a one-kilometer walk from Hallbergmoos train station, where S-Bahn line 1 stops every 20 minutes. You can also park at the train station. Click on the P in the map for directions. Within the area, there are mainly small footpaths.
