In the forest you can find birds such as muchołówka szara, czubatka and pełzacz leśny. The ponds and the surrounding reed are habitats for trzcinniczek (zwyczajny), gęgawa and zimorodek. Where the area is more open you can hear świergotek drzewny sing in spring. kukułka, trznadel, czeczotka brazowa and kląskawka are also breeding in the heath areas. A sokół wędrowny breeds near by in the radiotower. Sometimes bielik are flying over the area to hunt at the coastline.
