Opis

Salines d'Orient is a preserved environment around the old saltworks and its surroundings. You can observe many waders and herons there all year round.

Français: Plus hotspot d'observation de l'avifaune à Saint-Martin. Le milieu préservé de la réserve permet l'observation des oiseaux sur la saline d'Orient et ses abords. On peut ainsi y observer les limicoles et ardéidés toute l'année.

You can access Salines d'Orient from the north or the south. There are plenty of parking spaces along the road and parking is available on both access points. The circular walking route indicated on the map is about 4 km.

Français: L'accès se fait par le nord ou par le sud. Les espaces pour se garer sont nombreux en bord de chemin et un parking est présent sur les deux accès.
