Opis
The bay of Saint-Brieuc is mainly a wintering area, from November to February for ducks, and from October to March for shorebirds (biegus rdzawy, piaskowiec, biegus zmienny , ostrygojad). It is a pre-nuptial migratory stopover in March-April, and post-nuptial in August-September for shorebirds. It is a climate refuge area in the event of a cold period in Europe (ohar, świstun, ostrygojad, szlamnik, kulik wielki).

Français: La baie de Saint-Brieuc est reconnue comme une zone humide littorale d’importance internationale, est classé en Réserve Naturelle Nationale. La baie de Saint-Brieuc représente principalement une zone d’hivernage, de novembre à février pour les anatidés, et d’octobre à mars pour les limicoles (biegus rdzawy, piaskowiec, biegus zmienny, ostrygojad). C’est une escale migratoire pré-nuptiale en mars-avril, et post-nuptiale en août-septembre pour les limicoles.
