Opis
Futaie des Clos is an old grove populated by oaks and beeches for more than 3 centuries. It is the ideal place to observe many beetles but above all typical forest birds. You can observe the majority of French woodpeckers, including the less common such as dzięcioł średni and dzięcioł zielonosiwy. The siniak is also very present as well as the strzyzyk zwyczajny, Trzmielojad, świstunka leśna or the gil. Some surrounding plots have a more open landscape allowing easier observation of the birds.

Français: La Futaie des Clos est l'une des plus emblêmatique de France. Ses Chênes sessiles ont tous plus de 300 ans. Ces vieux arbres acceuillent une riche biodiverité. Cette vieille futaie peuplée de Chênes sessiles et de Hêtres de plus de 3 siècles est l'endroit propice pour observer de nombreux Coléoptères xylophages comme le Grand capricorne mais surtout des oiseaux typiquement forêstier. On peut donc y observer la majorité des pics francais dont les moins commun tel le Pic mar ou le Pic cendré. Le pigeon colombin est également bien présent ainsi que le Roitelet à triple bandeaux, la Bondrée apivore ou le Bouvreuil pivoine. Certaines parcelles alentour ont été exploitées offrant un paysage ouvert permettant une obervation plus aisée de l'avifaune.

The site is located in Sarthe in the town of Saint Pierre du Lorouêr towards Flée. A parking lot has been set up at the start of the forest path. From there there is a choice between many trails, paths and forest roads allowing you to discover the whole forest. Click on the P in the map to get directions to the parking lot.

Français: Le site est situé en Sarthe sur la commune de Saint Pierre du Lorouêr direction Flée. Un parking a été aménager au départ du sentier de la futaie. De là il y à le choix entre de nombreux sentier, chemin et route forêstière permettant de découvrir toute la forêt.
