Opis
The Bruksviken area is an important water bird area where many waterfowl nest during the summer. Migrating birds also like to rest here which offers a chance to spot a wide variety of birds in the area. bernikla kanadyjska, bernikla białolica, gęgawa, łabędź niemy, łabędź krzykliwy, cyraneczka and czapla siwa can be seen during migration season and sometimes waders like szlamnik, kulik wielki and brodziec śniady stop by too. czapla biała and płatkonóg szydłodzioby have been sighted here a few times as well. During summer months there are cows grazing among the reeds as part of a program to keep the bay area open for birdlife.
