Opis
The Selli-Sillaotsa trail is located in the Alam-Pedja Nature Reserve, the largest nature reserve in Estonia. In swampy places, the trail runs along the boardwalk. The trail starts in an area mostly surrounded by pine forests mixed with some spruce forests, where muchołówka mała can be heard. In the nighttime it is possible to hear the calls of puszczyk uralski. The observation tower is located on the edge of the forest, where you can have a nice view over the mire and maybe sight a orzeł przedni or an rybołów. In the mornings of early spring the cietrzews are actively singing. If you are lucky, you might also meet głuszec on the trail.
