Opis
The place where Izvorska River joins the Mandra Reservoir is shallow marsh with hilly slopes around, some covered with oak forest, other - with dry bushy grasslands and scattered trees. Marsh vegetation forms a belt also along the adjacent bay of the reservoir. wodnik (zwyczajny), kropiatka and zielonka can be seen on the edge of the water vegetation. Other birds there are cyranka, podgorzałka, bielik, czapla purpurowa and czapla modronosa, kormoran mały and other. During migration flocks of bocian biały, bocian czarny and birds of prey pass over the area.
