Opis

In Schulensbroek 230 bird species have been observed in the last 10 years, including błotniak stawowy, czapla nadobna and rybołów. On the grass and hay lands, meadow birds breed, such as rycyk, kulik wielki and ostrygojad. cyranka , kląskawka, podróżniczek and trzcinniczek (zwyczajny) can also be found here.

In dit Natura 2000-gebied zijn de afgelopen 10 jaar 230 vogelsoorten waargenomen, waaronder błotniak stawowy, czapla nadobna en rybołów. In de graslanden broeden rycyk, kulik wielki en ostrygojad. cyranka, kląskawka, podróżniczek en trzcinniczek (zwyczajny) kun je ook in het gebied vinden.

Schulensbroek is located between Limmen and Halen, directly west of Schulen. There is a car park at the visitors centre. Press a P on the map for directions to a car park. Public transport: There is a train station in Schulen. The circular walk shown on the map is approximately 10 km.

Trails are pointed out with different indications for each distance depending between 2km and 10 km. The route you see on the map is 10 km. From the viewing platform of the Schulensmeer visitor centre (Demerstraat 60, Lummen) you can get an excellent view of the birds.
