Opis

Etang de Launoy nature reserve is dedicated to nature conservation and is of particular interest to avifauna. Besides łyska and kokoszka (zwyczajna) which are very common there, zimorodek is one of the flagship species of the site. The reed bed, restored in 2017, notably accommodates the trzcinniczek (zwyczajny) and serves as a wintering site for the potrzos. More occasional, the wodnik (zwyczajny) and świerszczak also frequent the site.

Français: Petite réserve naturelle de 10 ha composée de diverses zones humides intéressante pour la région. Près de 100 espèces d'oiseaux ont été observées ici ! Le site est dédié à la conservation de la nature et présente intérêt particulier pour l'avifaune. Outre la łyska et la kokoszka (zwyczajna) qui y sont très communes, le zimorodek est l'une des espèces phares du site. La roselière restaurée en 2017 accueille notamment la trzcinniczek (zwyczajny) et sert de site d'hivernage au potrzos. Plus occasionnels, le wodnik (zwyczajny) et la świerszczak fréqentent également le site.

Access on foot via rue des Prés from Place du Fichaux in Pont-à-Celles, or park by car along the path leading down to the reserve on rue Launoy. Bike racks will soon be available at the entrance to the site.

Accès à pieds via la rue des prés depuis la place du Fichaux à Pont-à-Celles, ou bien vous garer en voiture le long du sentier descendant à la réserve rue Launoy. Des supports pour vélos seront bientôt disponibles à l'entrée du site.
