Description

You can cruise around Puffin Island by joining a boat cruise from Beaumaris. See the website below and follow the link. Landing is not allowed due to danger of rat stowaways coming ashore, these once wiped out the Lunde which are now returning. The only breeding Ærfugl in Wales. Also Krykkje, Havhest, shearwaters, skuas, sea ducks and auks may be seen offshore. Mammals: grey seals, dolphins and porpoises.
