Harbor basin at the outlet of the Kalba Mangrove Reserve. Various gulls, terns, Socotra cormorants and waders can be seen from the pier and the footpath.
At Khor Kalba various types of mangroves can be observed from the land directly at the outlet of the Kalba Mangrove Reserve. However, the area is particularly suitable for gulls and terns due to its proximity to some fishing boats. Also Socotra cormorant can be observed.
Khor Kalba can be reached best by car. Parking is possible at the harbor and along the street. Click on the P in the map for directions or coordinates.
