Lanca Degli Stornazzi is a small port surrounded by forested banks and cityparks. During the spring and autumn migration interesting bird species can sometimes be observed. Among the birds you can encounter are water birds like Knoppsvane, Taffeland, Toppand, Dvergdykker, Toppdykker and Enkeltbekkasin, but in the trees and parks also birds like Pirol, Svarthvit Fluesnapper, Gråfluesnapper, Flaggspett and Grønnspett.
