Kullaberg is a popular destination that attracts many people every day. Despite the crowds, birdwatchers can do some interesting birding here too.
Kullaberg looks over the strait that goes between Sweden and Denmark. Therefore it is a good observation location where one can have a chance of seeing shore birds that otherwise live out in the North Sea like Havsule, Krykkje and Storjo. Observed rarities of these ocean dwellers are Lunde, Alkekonge, Grålire, Islom and Gulnebblom.
There is also a naturum (visitor center) with information about the area, and the nature reserve itself provides otherwise a very pleasant hike.
Parking lots are available at the beginning of the nature reserve. There are plenty of places from where one can birdwatch out over the sea.
