Description

The Beka reserve includes marshy salt meadows, meadows that are changing wet and sedge thickets, as well as rushes and dune formations. During spring and autumn migration, flocks of ducks (Stokkand , Brunnakke , Stjertand , Krikkand , Knekkand , Gravand ), waders ( Vipe , Brushane , Rødstilk , Myrsnipe , Tundrasnipe ) and Trane can be observed. In summer there are nesting Vipe, Rødstilk, Sitronerle , Gulerle , Gravand and Trane here.

You can park on the side of the road close to the observation tower. Click on the P in the map to get directions. Best way to explore the area is by bicycle, but you can go on foot as well.
