Description
Part of the area belongs to a public park, while the rest is private (and not well kept). Still, it is possible to walk all around the lake (around 45 minutes + birding stops). There is a roost of Kuhegre, a feral small population of Kanadagås and recently some Dvergskarv. In the last years, wintering birds have included Siskin, Sivspurv, Jernspurv and Pungmeis. Other nice birds are Dvergrørdrum, Isfugl and Pirol. During spring migration several passerine birds stop for a few days, including Møller, Gråfluesnapper and Svarthvit Fluesnapper. Rarities are possible (Collared flycatcher in 2018).
On sunny weekends a lot of people visit the area, so expect disturbance.
