On the dike at Norddeich you can see the Wadden Sea and the mudflats where thousands of birds forage very well.
The village of Norddeich is located on the Wadden Sea. From the dike you have a beautiful overview of the mudflats. Tjeld, Gravand, Rødstilk, Avosett and many other birds are present. During migration some birds like Myrsnipe can be seen here in large flocks.
