Plan d'eau de Reichshoffen is a lake surrounded by a forest. The orientation of the sun in relation to the observatory is optimal. A dike also allows observation but the birds are a little far away, apart from the Fiskeørn when he is fishing. It is possible to go around the pond on foot. Among the birds you can encounter are Isfugl, Storskarv, Niland, Egretthegre, Toppdykker, Gråhegre and Vintererle.

Français: Superbe plan d'eau où vient en automne un Fiskeørn. On y trouve un observatoire et une digue pour l'observation. Le plan d'eau est encaissé dans une forêt mais l'orientation du soleil par rapport à l'observatoire et optimale. Une digue permet également l'observation mais les oiseaux sont un peu loin, hormis le Fiskeørn quand il pêche. Il est possible de faire le tour de l'étang à pied. On y trouve également du Isfugl, Storskarv, Niland, Egretthegre, Toppdykker, Gråhegre, Vintererle.

Plan d'eau de Reichshoffen is located 2 km north of the town of Reichshoffen. There is a parking lot 150m from the observatory. And two parking lots on either side of the dike. Click on a P in the map for directions.
