Walking trail along a sandstone ridge with open fields, meadowland and forest.
The Corniche de Pail is a natural site that stretches along an 8 km long sandstone ridge that culminates in the landscape at 383 m. Located in the extension of the Mont des Avaloirs, it is an important migratory axe for birds. There are some nice open areas looking across moorland, meadows and fields, which are good for observing the wildlife. The trails lead alongside these and onto forest areas. Here you can see Myrhauk, Musvåk, Tårnfalk, Flaggspett, Nattravn and numerous small birds.
