Description
Etang David is a place filled with bush birds, especially in springtime: Munk, Sørnattergal, Turteldue are easy to find, as well as Isfugl and Rødhodeand on the pond. Woodpeckers can be found on deciduous trees: Flaggspett, Dvergspett, Grønnspett, Svartspett.
The place is also a nesting area for herons: Natthegre, Gråhegre, Kuhegre can be spotted from the pond side.
Some raptors: Svartglente, Lerkefalk and with chance Glente and Slangeørn are easy to spot hunting around.
Unusual birds like Pungmeis are possible during a walk across this picturesque little place.

Access
From St Just St Rambert Follow the direction "Chambles". After the lights, turn right to the signposted road "Etang David", unitl the; car park. The entrance of the site is across the raos along the canal
