Torre de Santa Elena (La Azohía) is a place that allows you to observe seabirds and passerines and raptors especially during migratory passages. Among the birds you can see here are Kuhls Pijlstormvogel, Vale Pijlstormvogel, Stormvogeltje, Kuifaalscholver, Audouins Meeuw, Geelpootmeeuw, Zwartkopmeeuw, Jan-van-gent, Grote Jager, Slechtvalk, Blauwe Rotslijster, Vale Gierzwaluw, Alpengierzwaluw, Zwarte Tapuit, Alk, Roodstuitzwaluw and Boerenzwaluw.

The area is accessed from the town of La Azohía by following the access indications to the Santa Elena tower (old coastal watchtower from the 16th century), the dirt road that gives access to the tower does not allow vehicles to circulate, at this point you will have to park the car to access it on foot after traveling one kilometer along a dirt road with an upward slope. Next to the tower there are some stone stairs that allow you to go down to a viewpoint on the cliff that is a good place for watching seabirds.

Espagnol: Se accede desde la población de la Azohía siguiendo las indicaciones de acceso a la torre de Santa Elena (antigua torre de vigilancia costera del siglo XVI), el camino de tierra que da acceso a la torre no permite cirular a los vehículos, en este punto tendremos que aparcar el coche para acceder andando tras recorrer un kilométro por un camino de tierra con pendiente ascendente. Junto a la torre hay unas escaleras de piedra que permiten bajar hasta un mirador en el ecantilado que es un buen sitio para la observación de aves marinas.
