Marismas de Cetina are a complex ecosystem, transitioning between an area of forest, a freshwater marsh and a salt marsh with a very high ecological value. The area has a huge variety of birds. As the birds can be far away a telescope is essential. Among the birds you can see in the area are Visarend, Bruine Kiekendief, Zwarte Ooievaar, Snor, Flamingo, Grote Zilverreiger, Kluut, Bruine Kiekendief, Visarend, Zwarte Ooievaar, Kleine Kortteenleeuwerik, Zwarte Ibis, Snor, Grutto, Flamingo, Purperreiger, Strandplevier, Pijlstaart, Purperkoet and Velduil.

You can get there by car to the beginning of the trail. You must go from the north exit of Puerto Real towards Dehesa de la Yeguas. In the main access, straight ahead, you cross a pine forest with a recreational area and you reach the marsh. The existence of pine forest, heath, freshwater marsh and Salinas generates great biodiversity.

En el acceso principal, todo recto, se cruza un pinar con área recreativa y se llega a la marisma. La existencia de Pinar, brezal, marisma de agua dulce y Salinas genera gran biodiversidad.
