Shortly before dark you can watch the shearwaters coming back from the open sea. The most common is the Kuhls Pijlstormvogel. With a little luck you can also spot the Noordse Pijlstormvogel or even a Kleine Pijlstormvogel. As soon as it gets dark, the Kuhls Pijlstormvogel come to the breeding rocks. At the very front at the top you have a relatively good chance of hearing the Madeirastormvogeltje in the evening when returning to its breeding site.
