Brzostowo is absolutely the best birdwatching spot in Biebrza National park, with the overview of parks meadows you can easily observe Kievit, Kemphaan, Grutto, Tureluur and Bosruiter. Big concentrations of all kinds of ducks like Smient, Pijlstaart, Zomertaling, Krakeend, Wintertaling, swans (early spring) Kleine Zwaan, Wilde Zwaan and geese Kolgans, Toendrarietgans, Grauwe Gans and other more rare geese. During the spring season all Polish terns are present at the spot. Zeearend patrol the area every day.
