A walk along the Torrente Sturla is interesting for the heronry with Blauwe Reiger. And going up the river you can observe birds like Waterhoen, Waterral, Geelpootmeeuw and Kokmeeuw. Also easy to see all year round are Wilde Eend, Aalscholver and IJsvogel and passerines (Putter, Vink, Tjiftjaf). You walk along the river, starting either from the mouth or from the Roman bridge located further inland.
