Foce dei Regi Lagni is an area where the artificial channel reaches the Tyrrhenian Sea. The mouth of the regi lagni is a mix of different habitats with bushy fields, dunes, reed beds, beach and sea. This variety attracts many birds. Among the birds you can see are Geoorde Fuut, Dunbekmeeuw, Zwarte Stern, Zwarte Ibis, Blauwe Reiger, Kwak, Steltkluut, Visarend, Bruine Kiekendief, Kleine Plevier, Bontbekplevier, Scholekster, Bonte Strandloper, Bijeneter, Reuzenstern and Grauwe Klauwier.
