Beschrijving
The 'Regenpfeiferacker' ('Morinelplevier Field') is a plateau located between Hochdorf an der Enz, Hemmingen, and Schwieberdingen. The area resembles Arctic tundra and is (so far) devoid of vertical features, making it an attractive resting place for many migratory bird species. Every year, during migration, especially in autumn, various species and many rarities can be observed here. Regularly observed rarities include, Velduil, Roodkeelpieper, Roodpootvalk and Morinelplevier.
