Parc du Sausset is a very good place to bird for a few hours if you are stuck in Paris! It is home to a few heritage species: Roerdomp (winter), Woudaap (breeder), Watersnip and Bokje (winter), Zwarte Specht and Kleine Plevier (breeder), Blauwborst and Wespendief (migration). The park is also a good place for entomologists and botanists.

For more info on the park you can visit the Maison du Parc (House of the Park) which is open from 14.00 to 17.00 in winter and from 14.00 to 18.30 in summer.
