The view from Mont Rond is already fantastic. You can see the Mont Blanc. Many birds can be seen in this area. Steenarend on thermals, Rode Wouw and Zwarte Wouw. But also Alpenheggenmus, Alpengierzwaluw and Alpenkauw can also be found here. Please note, in winter this is a ski area! In winter you will find less peace and fewer birds. On top of the mountain, the walk in the summer is easy to do because you can determine the difficulty yourself. There are various routes with different lengths and difficulty. With always fantastic views!

Free parking at the start of the cable car. Click on the P in the map for directions. It is possible to reach the Mont Rond on foot from the parking. Costs for the cable car were 8 euros per person in 2022. The circular walking route indicated on the map is about 6 km. Put on good walking shoes, that's really necessary!
