Mont Boron is a small green paradise at the city gate of Nice. Biodiversity is preserved and there are many passerines. Among the birds you can spot are Kleine Zwartkop, Zwarte Roodstaart, Groene Specht, Boomkruiper and Gierzwaluw.

Mont Boron is located east of the city center of Nice. By going up by one or the other of the accesses (to the north by the col de Villefranche or to the southwest by the boulevard du Mont Boron) of the forest road of Mont Boron, continue until the intersection with the avenue des Hespérides where you will find a parking lot. Mont Boron also has a bus stop. The trails around the castle of Mont Boron offer quite a few birds. Accessible on foot, by bike (be careful it's uphill) and by car. From the parking you can explore the area on foot. The circular walking route shown on the map is about 2 km.
