The beautifull village of Minerve offers many Mediterranean bird species in a picturesque landscape. Among the birds you can see in and around the village are Alpengierzwaluw, Bijeneter, Roodkopklauwier, Blauwe Rotslijster, Scharrelaar, Roodstuitzwaluw, Havikarend and Grauwe Kiekendief.

Minerve Village is located 30 Km North of "Exit 25 Lézignan-Corbières" on A61 (45 min), 36 Km North-West of Narbonne and 47 km West of Béziers. A toll parking is available North of the village. Click on a P in the map to get directions to a parking spot. You can explore the areas around the village and do short walks. Or you can walk a circular route (shown on the map below) of about 14 km. Note that this can be a demanding walk, especially when it gets hot.
