Point du Van feels like the end of the world. A tiny chapel situatated on a bare rock. Dangerous cliffs and a wild sea. The faraway islands Ile De Sein in the hazy distance. Wonderful on a summers eve. We visited the folk festival at Keriolet that evening. Among the ocean-going sea birds which can be seen at sea and around the cliffs are Drieteenmeeuw, Zeekoet, Noordse Stormvogel, Kuifaalscholver, Zilvermeeuw, Kleine Mantelmeeuw and Grote Mantelmeeuw. The heathland, coastal grassland and cliffs are the all year round home of other remarkable birds including Raaf, Alpenkraai and Slechtvalk.

Français: Point du Van ressemble au bout du monde. Une minuscule chapelle située sur un rocher nu. Falaises dangereuses et mer sauvage. Les îles lointaines Ile De Sein au loin. Merveilleux la veille de l'été. Nous avons visité le festival folklorique de Keriolet ce soir-là. Parmi les oiseaux de mer qui peuvent être vus en mer et autour des falaises, on trouve Drieteenmeeuw, Zeekoet, Noordse Stormvogel, Kuifaalscholver, Zilvermeeuw, [ [Kleine Mantelmeeuw]] et Grote Mantelmeeuw. Les landes, les prairies côtières et les falaises abritent toute l'année d'autres oiseaux remarquables, notamment Raaf, Alpenkraai et Slechtvalk.
