Bassin du Réaltor near the village of Cabriès is an artificial lake with an area of about 70 hectares. The shallow lake is surrounded by abundant aquatic vegetation. The lake is of great biological value. Several species of birds nest in the area such as Roerdomp, Rietgors and Boomvalk. It is also an important site for wintering ducks, in particular one of the main wintering areas in Provence for Tafeleend and Kuifeend. Other birds you can encounter are Blauwe Reiger, Krooneend, Geoorde Fuut, Dodaars, Cetti's Zanger and Bruine Kiekendief.

Français: Le Lac bleu, bassin de décantation du canal de Montricher, invite à la balade et surprend par sa richesse ornithologique. Petit lac pas profond très joli assez sauvages. Bassin du Réaltor est d'une grande valeur biologique. C'est un site d'accueil important pour les canards plongeurs venus du Nord de l'Europe. C'est en particulier l'une des principales zones d'hivernage en Provence pour les Fuligules milouins et morillons. Le bassin est utilisé comme zone de repos par les canards qui vont se nourrir la nuit sur les rives de l’Étang de Berre.
