There's a nature trail around the Heikkilänmetsä forest and also two bird observation towers, where you can see to the Lake Vallonjärvi, which is a good place for waterfowl and many other wetland birds. Among the birds you can encounter are Witrugspecht, Grijskopspecht, Drieteenspecht, Kleine Bonte Specht, Zwarte Specht, Kraanvogel, Kuifmees, Zwarte Mees and Visarend.
