Beschrijving
Brændegård is a large lake with a small island, which was formerly a Aalscholver colony. The lake is surrounded by forest. Many different birds of prey are seen here and especially the Zeearend pair is impressive. But also the amount of birds. Up to 13 Zeearend have been seen at one time. Kraanvogel is also often seen in addition to a lot of different ducks. Blauwe Reiger, Visdief and Grote Zilverreiger are also regulars.

Toegang
Drive along the shore of the Brændegård Lake and stop wherever you have the best views. A large part of the shore is wooded, but on the east side of the lake near a farm you have an unobstructed view (see the viewpoint icon). You need at least binoculars to see any birds, but a spotting scope is also a good idea for the best views.
