Open large natural meadow with nigh grasses is breeding area for Kwartelkoning, Kwartel, Patrijs, Balkankwikstaart, Roodborsttapuit, Grauwe Gors and other. On the gentle hills around several species of woodpeckers can be seen, including Middelste Bonte Specht, Kleine Bonte Specht and Groene Specht, but also Schreeuwarend, Wespendief and other birds of prey.
