Beschrijving

The hamlet of Bajovci is located at the foot of the densely wooded slopes of the Svitavsko Lake. The lake with its open water and reed beds attracts many birds and the wooded slopes are home to many woodpeckers and birds of prey. Among the birds you can encounter in the area are Witoogeend, Krooneend, Purperreiger, Ralreiger, Roodstuitzwaluw, Dwergaalscholver, Wielewaal, Grauwe Klauwier, Grote Karekiet, Slangenarend, Bruine Kiekendief, Bijeneter and no less than eight species of woodpeckers.

You can explore the area from the road that runs parallel to the southern shore of Svitavsko Lake.. The hillside forests are crossed by some small paths.
