A fast flowing stretch of the Ourthe. A reliable place for Waterspreeuw. And beavers. Features also many other common forest species of the Ardennes including tits (Matkop, Glanskop, Zwarte Mees). Although nearby Taigaboomkruiper is common, here I only had Boomkruiper. In spring try your luck with Fluiter.

Waterspreeuw can often be found along the river near the car park. You can choose a circular trail for a little more diversity. De route shown on the map is 4,3 km.
