Beschrijving

You can encounter various species of birds on Tathra Beach and the Mogareeka Inlet, including seabirds and waders. Due to the influence of the tides, there are many mudflats around the mouth of the river. The beach is home to breeding species such as Red-capped Plover and Hooded Plover. On one side of the mouth of the river you have Tathra Beach, on the other side rugged rocky coasts.
