Description

Ungskär is a small island in the Blekinge archipelago. It attracts visitors with its serene landscapes and charming coastal atmosphere. The island is known for its picturesque houses, some of which seem to "float" on the water when viewed from the sea. A pleasant footpath leads across the island. Many birds can be seen along the coastline, on the fields and at sea.

Access

You can reach Ungskär by ferry from Karlskrona or Torhamn. During the summer, there are three daily ferry departures from Karlskrona and Torhamn, making it easy to visit. The ferry service operates year-round, with regular departures from Yttre Park on the mainland. Click on the P in the map to get directions to Yttre Park.
